This policy covers two types of products: pre-designed t-shirts (our ready-to-ship designs) and custom t-shirts (your personal creations). While we wish every order was perfect, we understand that hiccups happen. Here’s how we’ll work together to fix them.


1. Pre-Designed vs. Custom T-Shirts: What’s Covered?

A. Pre-Designed T-Shirts:
These are our off-the-rack designs, ready to ship ASAP! Since they’re not personalized, our return policy is flexible:

  • Returns Accepted: Within 14 days of delivery.
  • Condition: Unworn, unwashed, tags attached, and in original packaging.
  • Reason: Changed your mind? Wrong size? No problem—just let us know!

B. Custom T-Shirts:
These are your brainchild—made specifically for you. Because they’re one-of-a-kind, our policy is slightly different:

  • Returns Not Accepted: Unless there’s a printing error, damage, or defect we caused.
  • Reprints/Refunds: If something’s wrong, we’ll fix it! Submit proof (photos) within 7 days of delivery.

2. The Nitty-Gritty: Returns & Refunds

A. Initiating a Return or Exchange
Step 1: Contact us within 48 hours of delivery for issues like damage or errors. For pre-designed returns, reach out within 14 days.
Step 2: Share photos/video of the issue (for custom items) or the unworn product (pre-designed).
Step 3: We’ll email a return label (if applicable) or guide you through next steps.

B. Refund Timelines & Methods

  • Pre-Designed: Refunds processed within 5–15 business days after we receive your return. Original payment method only.
  • Custom: If we messed up, choose between a free reprint (priority shipping included) or a full refund.

C. Exchanges

  • Pre-Designed: Need a different size/color? We’ll ship a replacement once your return is received.
  • Custom: Exchanges only for errors on our end.

3. When Things Don’t Go as Planned: Exceptions

A. Shipping Damage or Lost Packages

  • Damaged Items: Notify us within 48 hours with photos. We’ll send a replacement ASAP.
  • Lost in Transit: Contact us, and we’ll track your package or reship at no cost.

B. Customer Errors

  • Wrong Address? Let us know before shipping. If it’s too late, you’ll cover reshipping fees.
  • Changed Your Mind on a Custom Design? Unfortunately, we can’t accept returns, but we’ll offer a 15% discount on your next order.

C. Final Sale Items
Clearance or discounted items are marked “Final Sale” and are non-returnable.

A: We use premium inks! If it fades prematurely, send photos, and we’ll reprint it.

A: For pre-designed, yes! For custom, we’ll offer a discount on a reorder.

Q: Do you cover return shipping?
A: For pre-designed returns, you’ll pay shipping unless it’s our error. For custom issues, we’ll send a prepaid label.
